The Secretary-General met with H.E. Ms. Naledi Pandor, Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of the Republic of South Africa.  The Secretary-General and Minister Pandor discussed the situation in the SADC region and in the continent. The Secretary-General expressed his appreciation for the extraordinary contribution of South Africa to the United Nations.
