The Secretary-General met today with H.E. Mr. Ismail Omar Guelleh, President of the Republic of Djibouti.

The Secretary-General and President Guelleh discussed peace and security challenges in the Horn of Africa, including in Somalia. The Secretary-General was encouraged by the progress in the implementation of the agreement on the border dispute between Eritrea and Djibouti.
