The Secretary-General regrets the Government of Nicaragua’s withdrawal of its invitation to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) related to the latter’s work in support of the National Dialogue’s Commission of Verification and Security (CVS).
 
The Secretary-General encourages the Government to maintain its constructive engagement with OHCHR and avail itself of, among other things, technical assistance offered by the Office in relation to various areas of mutual cooperation beyond the National Dialogue.
