Naci Yıldız is an Adviser in the GA Affairs, Budget and Administration team in the Office of the President of the General Assembly. He has been a career diplomat in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye since 2011.

Prior to his assumption of his duties at the Office of the President of the UN General Assembly, he served as Counsellor at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Türkiye to the UN. He covered political developments in Eastern Europe, Southern Caucasus and Central Asia, as well as the issues of the Fifth Committee (Administrative and Budgetary Committee) at the Permanent Mission.

Naci holds a Master’s degree in Political Sciences (Development) from Lund University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and History (double major) from Koç University.
