Mr. Lado Labor is a Fellow at the Office of the President of the General Assembly. A diplomat working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of South Sudan, Lado has a strong background in nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament, human rights, and migration. Prior to joining the Foreign Ministry in 2018, he was a Researcher working for Sama Company Limited.

In 2022-2023 Lado served as the African Continent Correspondent for Korea African Foundation (KAF). He is also a part-time lecturer in the Catholic University of South Sudan (CUOSS) where he teaches an Introduction to Human Rights and International Organizations.

Lado received a bachelor’s degree of public administration from the International University of East Africa (IUEA) Kampala, Uganda in 2015. He completed a master’s degree in international relations, Global Studies from the University of Wroclaw, Poland in 2018.
