Mohamed Mimrah Abdul Ghafoor

Mimrah Ghafoor is a speechwriter for the President of the General Assembly, His Excellency Dennis Francis. He previously served as a speechwriter for the 76^th PGA, His Excellency Abdulla Shahid.

Mimrah previously worked at the President’s Office of the Republic of Maldives, where he was an Assistant Director stationed in the Foreign Relations Section, Communications Section, and the Office of the National Security Advisor. Before his time at the President’s Office, Mimrah was a foreign service officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

Mimrah holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
