We all know the statistics:
Only,
➡️4 of the 78 PGAs have been women
➡️24 % of the Permanent Representatives in New York are women
➡️21 of the nearly 200 world leaders who took the floor at last year’s GA Debate were women.
From engaging with women Ambassadors to launching training campaigns, we’re committed to gender parity at the UN.
Let’s organize the General Assembly’s work with a continued focus on gender equality for impactful results.
