Muhammed Enes Uslu

Muhammed Enes Uslu is an Adviser on Peace and Security issues in the Office of the President of the General Assembly, with a special focus on the programme of the United Nations Security Council and the Middle East.

Muhammed Enes joined the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2019 and worked at the Deputy Directorate General for South East Asia and the Pacific in the Ministry. As a desk officer, he was part of a team that covered Turkey’s bilateral relations with Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam, Singapore, Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar and Laos.

Prior to joining the foreign service, worked as a research assistant at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University in Rize and as an international finance specialist at Destek Patent Company in Istanbul.

Enes graduated with High Honors from the Department of International Trade and Management of Istanbul Şehir University in 2016. He also holds an M.A. degree in International Trade Management from Boğaziçi University (4.0 GPA).
