Readout of the Meeting Between the President of the General Assembly and Ms. Catherine Colonna, Chair of the Independent Review of UNRWA

On Friday, 19 April 2024, the President of the General Assembly, H.E. Mr. Dennis Francis, met with Ms. Catherine Colonna, Chair of the Independent Review of The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

President of the General Assembly and Ms. Colonna discussed the importance of the Independent Review for strengthening UNRWA mechanisms and procedures to ensure compliance with humanitarian principles, as well as for its relations with donors and partners.
