Readout of the Meeting between the President of the General Assembly and the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Ms. Mirjana Spoljaric Egger

On 22 March 2024, the President of the General Assembly met with the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Ms. Mirjana Spoljaric Egger. The PGA and the ICRC President stressed the importance of compliance with international humanitarian law in armed conflict. They further exchanged views on the preparation of the Summit of the Future and the role of stakeholders.
