Meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, H.E. Mr. Péter Szijjártó

The President of the General Assembly, H.E. Mr. Peter Thomson, met today with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, H.E. Mr. Péter Szijjártó. They exchanged views on the SDGs and on the refugee and migrant crises. They agreed on the importance of ensuring an appropriate follow-up to the Summit of 19 September. Minister Szijjártó invited President Thomson to the Water Summit scheduled on 28-30 November 2016 in Budapest.
