    A career diplomat, who previously worked in Indian Mission in Moscow and Houston, he has an extensive administrative and budgetary experience working in India and abroad. He was part of the core diplomatic team in Moscow, which concluded multiple path breaking agreements in trade, technology, culture, emergency & disaster management, defense, nuclear, and space cooperation. In addition, he was closely associated with successful organization of Indian leaderships’ visit to G20, and BRICS.  In Houston, he developed extensive bridges with business community, chambers of commerce, industries, universities and half a million strong Indian diaspora.  During this period, the India-Texas bilateral trade grew over US$10 billion.
