About the event

The Seminar is intended to (1) introduce the progress on the international forest arrangement and the implementation of the United Nations Forest Instrument (UNFI) and United Nations Strategic Plan on Forest (UNSPF) by member states and China’s practices in this regard; (2) introduce Global forest financing opportunities and the formulation of National Forest Financing Strategies; (3) share the best practices among the participating countries in implementing the UNFI, UNSPF and sustainable forest management. (4) establish a platform to promote the communications and exchange of experience in the implementation of UNSPF, UNFI and sustainable forest management.
