Activities Kit
The UN Programme on Youth (UNPY) together with the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts and the World Organization of the Scout Movement has developed the Activities Kit: A Guide to celebrating the International Year of Youth. The purpose of this Kit is to provide youth with practical guidance and concrete examples to organize and implement activities throughout the Year and beyond.

Ten Steps to National Youth Policy Formulation
Many countries have established youth policies, using the World Programme of Action for Youth to the Year 2000 and Beyond as a guide.
