2. Meeting records (Content Code B03)
Summary
records are issued for public and closed meetings in the working languages of
the treaty body.
Refer to the Guidelines for specific types of UN documents and
publications: Meeting records for guidance on subject analysis of meeting records. Summary records of human
rights treaty bodies for meetings at which periodic reports of States parties
were considered are mainly indexed with the primary subjects (tag 650 first indicator 1) for the overall subject area of the
treaty and reports, the term PERIODIC
REPORTS, and the geographic subject terms for the
States parties concerned. Additional primary subject terms may be assigned if
there is a particular focus on specific issues. Assign the title subject (tag 630) for the treaty under which the
periodic report was submitted. In general, secondary subject terms are not
required.
