In celebration of the upcoming holiday season, the Department of Operational Support is pleased to announce the Café holiday menu and 2025 Staff holiday Catering Menu as outlined below:
- Café Holiday Menu
The seasonal holiday menu will be offered at the Riverview Café on Thursday, 18 December 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The special festive menu will include Holiday Brisket with Dijonaise Sauce, Roasted Root Vegetables with Thyme and Olive Oil, Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes, Corn Bread and Apple Stuffing, Roasted Butternut Squash with Sauteed Kale and Honey Orange Apple Compote.

- 2025 Staff holiday Catering Menu
The holiday menu offers a variety of choices for your seasonal office celebration needs. The menu caters to both buffet style and individual platters and can be picked up at the Culinart’s office on the CB 4th floor.
The menu will be available for take-out from 8 December 2025 through to 7 January 2026.
It is also available on the above dates for events hosted at the Delegates Dining Room, where additional service charges will apply. A complete order confirmation, including a signed contract and full payment, is required no later than four (4) business days prior to your event date, to ensure proper processing of your order.
For take-out orders, full payment must be made three days prior to the event date. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
The holiday menu is only available for the UN Headquarters campus. The holiday menu is attached for your perusal.
