Synopsis:

The climactic scenes of this Japanese feature film drama, directed by Junji Sakamoto, were set in the General Assembly Hall at UN Headquarters. A representative of a small fictitious island State moves delegates to deliver a standing ovation in response to a speech and photo images emphasizing the importance of compassion and humanity over profits.
