Description
Digital transformation in LDCs is hindered by a complex web of structural, systemic, and capacity-related barriers that limit these countries' ability to leverage digital technologies for sustainable development and graduation from LDC status. These challenges are multidimensional and deeply embedded within their socio-economic, geographic, and institutional contexts.

This project promotes digital transformation in select Asian Least Developed Countries, including LLDCs and SIDS, to build a sustainable and resilient future. It supports knowledge exchange, capacity building, and the development of future-ready strategies to leverage digital and emerging technologies for structural and institutional transformation. Aligning with the Doha Programme of Action and global initiatives like Partner2Connect, it aims to advance SDGs 4, 9, and 17, ensuring long-term impact and smooth transitions for vulnerable LDCs.
