To address this, the project will support Cambodia, Senegal, and Solomon Islands—LDCs at various stages of graduation—by enhancing their capacity to prepare and implement smooth transition strategies. It will facilitate access to broader support, including financial aid and South-South cooperation, contributing to resilient, sustainable development aligned with SDGs 7, 9, 14, and 17.
