The Second World Summit for Social Development 2025, hosted by the government of Qatar, is a significant global event aimed at fostering inclusive social development and addressing key challenges to achieve well-being for all. The Conference will take place in Doha, Qatar, from 4–6 November 2025. 

As guided by resolution A/RES/78/318, other relevant non-governmental organizations, including civil society organizations, academic institutions, and the private sector, whose work is relevant to the Second World Summit for Social Development (WSSD2) are invited to participate.  

Interested organizations may apply for special accreditation HERE. The application will remain open until 13 June 2025.   

This special accreditation will be conducted on the Civil Society Platform, one of the latest DGC initiatives designed to streamline engagement processes for civil society organizations.
