United Nations Security Council Resolution 2493, S/RES/2493(2019) – Strengthens the existing normative framework of Women, Peace, and Security by requesting the UN to develop context-specific approaches for women's participation in all UN-supported peace processes; and urging the Member States to ensure and provide timely support for the full, equal, and meaningful participation of women in all stages of peace processes.
