The President of the General Assembly, H.E. Ms. Annalena Baerbock met with H.E. Mr. Kamil El-Tayeb Idris, Transitional Prime Minister of the Republic of Sudan on 26 September 2025.

They discussed the urgent need to end the conflict in Sudan, significantly improve the humanitarian situation, and find a sustainable peaceful solution.
