On 10 and 11 May 2023, the United Nations Legal Counsel, Mr. Miguel de Serpa Soares, visited Geneva, Switzerland, for his annual meeting with the Members of the International Law Commission. In his address, the Legal Counsel informed the Members of the Commission comprehensively about developments in international law at the United Nations and the activities of his Office.
