OCHA Ukraine has just launched the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF) Data Hub, a groundbreaking dashboard designed for unparalleled data transparency and operational visibility. Developed in close collaboration with specialized teams across OCHA, this innovative platform offers real-time insights into UHF operations. Available in English and Ukrainian, the Data Hub leverages PowerBI and updates hourly to ensure the latest data from OneGMS is always at your fingertips.

Key Features

Key Documents: Easily access essential UHF-produced reports and reference materials.

This dynamic, user-friendly dashboard is your go-to source for the latest information on how UHF funding is driving humanitarian action in Ukraine.

“The UHF Data Hub is a game-changer for tracking and analyzing CBPF data”, tells us Mariia Teteriuk, Associate IM Officer, who coordinated the project’s technical side. “Previously, information was scattered across various platforms – some public, some internal, some printed, and some digital – making it difficult to get a complete picture. Now, everything is centralized in one place, reducing data fatigue for decision-makers.”

OCHA Ukraine is now looking at ways to expand the Data Hub further, ensuring that humanitarian financing data remains transparent, actionable, and adaptable to future needs. “The Data Hub upscales accountability and transparency”, David White, UHF Manager, says. “It enables us to provide detailed information about our income allocations and projects, which is critical given the magnitude of this Fund, to our donors, partners and even project recipients.

“By shifting from printed quarterly reports to a dynamic digital solution, this initiative very much aligns with the UN 2.0 vision”, Yurii explains, “making data more accessible, timely, and actionable. It also enables us to visualize data that didn’t fit into existing products, such as partner operational presence, activities, and daily donor contributions”.
