The Office of Administration of Justice (OAJ) comprises:

- The Principal Registrar (Christian Rohde, based in New York)
- The Registry of the United Nations Dispute Tribunal (UNDT) (Registrar for Geneva: René Vargas; Registar for Nairobi: Abena Kwakye-Berko; Registrar for New York: Nerea Suero Fontecha)
- The Registry of the United Nations Appeals Tribunal (UNAT) (Registrar: Weicheng Lin, based in New York)
- The Office of Staff Legal Assistance (OSLA) (Chief, Adeboye Adenuga, based in New York, with Legal Officers in New York, Geneva, Nairobi, Addis Ababa, Beirut and Entebbe)
Alayne Frankson-Wallace (D2, GRULAC), EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Executive Director of the OAJ is responsible for the management and administration of the OAJ, and for ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the work of the Office. The OAJ provides substantive, technical, and administrative support to the UN Dispute Tribunal and the UN Appeals Tribunal through their registries. OAJ also assist staff members and their representatives in pursuing claims and appeals through the Office of Staff Legal Assistance and provides assistance, as appropriate, to the Internal Justice Council.

The Principal Registrar, without prejudice to the authority of the judges in judicial matters, is accountable to the Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing the activities of both the Registries of the UNDT and the Registry of the UNAT

Without prejudice to the authority of the judges in judicial matters, the Principal Registrar is accountable to the Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing the activities of both the Registries of the UNDT and the Registry of the UNAT.
REGISTRY OF THE UNITED NATIONS DISPUTE TRIBUNAL (UNDT)
The UNDT has three Registries, located in Geneva, Nairobi, and New York. Each Registry is headed by a Registrar who is accountable to the Principal Registrar. Under the authority of the Principal Registrar, without prejudice to the authority of the judges of the UNDT concerning judicial matters, each Registrar is responsible for the management and proper functioning of the Registry in the relevant duty station.
REGISTRY OF THE UNITED NATIONS APPEALS TRIBUNAL (UNAT)
The UNAT has a Registry located in New York. The Registry of the UNAT is headed by a Registrar who is accountable to the Principal Registrar. Under the authority of the Principal Registrar, without prejudice to the authority of the judges of the UNAT concerning judicial matters, the Registrar of the Tribunal is responsible for the management and proper functioning of the Registry of the Tribunal.
OFFICE OF STAFF LEGAL ASSISTANCE (OSLA)
OSLA is headed by a Chief who, without prejudice to his or her responsibility to provide legal assistance to staff members independently and impartially, is accountable to the Executive Director. Under the authority of the Executive Director, the Chief is responsible for the management and proper functioning of the programme of legal assistance to staff members in the internal justice system, including in administrative, disciplinary and appellate proceedings before the UNDT and the UNAT.
