SDG Pavilion at COP30
10 to 21 November 2025
Parque da Cidade, Blue Zone, Belém, Brazil
Around the world, mounting global crises are testing our collective resolve to limit the worst effects of climate change. Yet they also provide a chance to redefine how we build a sustainable future for people and planet.
As United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres emphasized in his Climate Summit 2025 opening address in September: “We must seize this moment of opportunity. COP30 in Brazil must conclude with a credible global response plan to get us on track.”
The 2025 UN Climate Change Conference, or COP30, is our moment to mobilize, act, and deliver on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and our global climate targets. By aligning climate action with the SDGs, we can drive a just and equitable transition that leaves no one behind through integrated implementation of the Paris Agreement and the 2030 Agenda.
At COP30 in Belém, the SDG Pavilion organized by the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) will serve as a vibrant hub for hope, solutions, and collective, synergistic action.
Since 2018, the SDG Pavilion has brought together governments, UN entities, civil society, youth, scientists, innovators, and the private sector in conversation on synergies to address the world’s biggest issues, from access to clean water, sustainable energy and clean transport to gender equality, nature-based solutions, innovative financing and more, connecting diverse voices and aligning visions for a sustainable future.
In Belém, the SDG Pavilion will continue its mission and showcase tangible solutions that address both the climate emergency and SDG implementation challenges simultaneously.
