5 December 2003: Report of the Secretary-General (S/2003/1149) pursuant to paragraph 24 of resolution 1483 (2003) and paragraph 12 of resolution 1511 (2003). This report briefly describes UN activities and key developments in Iraq between 17 July 2003, when his last report (S/2003/715) was issued, and 19 August 2003. It also: Sets out the events of 19 August 2003, when the United Nations headquarters in Baghdad was attacked with devastating consequences and implications; Details United Nations relief, recovery and reconstruction planning activities sustained throughout the reporting period, primarily by national staff; Summarizes key political developments in Iraq post-19 August and; Outlines a plan of action with regard to security, the deployment of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) and the conduct of United Nations relief, recovery and reconstruction activities in Iraq.

17 July 2003: Report of the Secretary-General (S/2003/715) pursuant to paragraph 24 of Security Council resolution 1483 (2003) on the work of the Special Representative. The report provides an initial assessment of the challenges in implementing the mandate under resolution 1483 and indicates areas in which the SG feels the UN can play a useful role.

11 June 2003: Report of the Secretary-General pursuant to paragraph 16 (c) of resolution 1483 (2003). The report provides an estimated operating budget for all known and projected costs associated with the implementation of resolution 1483, including the termination of the Oil-for-Food Programme.
