Welcome to the United Nations

Registration for the 2020 Forum

Representatives of Member States, Permanent Observers and International Organizations are requested to secure access to the meeting venue through their respective permanent missions/New York offices. For inclusion in the list of participants, the names of representatives and alternates attending this event should be registered through the ECOSOC e-List of Participants module in e-deleGATE.

All other non-institutional stakeholders of the FfD process, including representatives of civil society organisations and the business sector, should register through the appropriate links by 25 March 2020, to secure special event tickets to attend the Forum and its side events. Special event tickets are required for use in conjunction with government issued photo ID to enter the UN premises.

Registration for representatives of civil society organizations can be processed here: https://indico.un.org/event/34135/.

Registration for representatives of the business sector, and other non-institutional stakeholders (national parliaments, local authorities or academia) should be done here: https://forms.gle/uLhju3cyfVzL1hzv9.

Attendees at the FfD Forum representing civil society organizations must be accredited either through (i) the Economic or Social Council (ECOSOC), (ii) the FfD follow-up process, or (iii) must be included in formal delegations of accredited organizations. All attendees at the Forum will need a special event ticket to enter the Trusteeship Council Chamber, which will be distributed at a date closer to the Forum. Therefore, those who are already in possession of a valid UN grounds pass must still register.

Please note that owing to space limitations, registration does not guarantee access to the event. Approved registrants will receive confirmation of their ticket via email.

* Interventions by representatives of civil society organizations in the Forum will be coordinated by the Civil Society FfD Group. Please contact the Group through the Addis Ababa Civil Society Coordinating Group email address at addiscoordinatinggroup@gmail.com. Updates and information on how to join the Civil Society FfD Group can be found at www.csoforffd.org.
