Piadozo are professors at the Department of Agricultural Economics, College of Economics and Management, University of the Philippines Los Baños, Laguna , Philippines . Ms Aragon and Ms Lantican are former directors of ACTETSME-the APEC Center for Technology Exchange and Training for Small and Medium Enterprises.
