Branislav Gosovic is a former UN career official with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, United Nations Environment Programme and Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean. He headed the South Centre secretariat from 1991-2005 and is the author of several books and articles on the UN, development, North-South and South-South issues.
