Fabrizio Hochschild is Under-Secretary-General and Special Adviser on Preparations for the Commemoration of the Seventy-Fifth Anniversary of the United Nations. He served as Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative in Colombia from 2013 to 2016. Juan Pablo Caicedo is Special Assistant of the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT). He worked as a national officer in Colombia for the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and subsequently for the Resident Coordinator's Office from 2010 to 2017.
