Pursuant to resolution 79/235 the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee on the United Nations Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation will take place on the following dates:
4-8 August 2025: First Session (New York)
11-15 August 2025: Second Session (New York)
10-21 November 2025: Third Session (Nairobi)
The mandating resolution encourages international organizations, civil society, and other relevant stakeholders to contribute to the work of the intergovernmental negotiating committee in accordance with established practices. The modalities for multi-stakeholder engagement as discussed and decided by the Committee at its Organizational Session are available through CRP.2 and its amendment CRP.6.
Special Accreditation
Organizations may apply for special accreditation for the Third Session until 5 September 2025. Registration for representatives to attend the event will open in October.
Please note that Organizations that meet the criteria for accreditation will be considered for final approval by the Committee on Day 1 of the Third Session on Monday, 10 November 2025.
Final approval of registrations will be subject to the accreditation decision. If an organization is not granted accreditation on 10 November, its registered representatives will not be approved to attend the session.

Kindly Note: If your organization has already received special accreditation for the First and Second Sessions of the meeting (check the list here) or is in consultative status with ECOSOC, DO NOT APPLY for this ad-hoc special accreditation.
