Periodically, United Nations offices around the world review the condition of their fleets and determine the vehicles that are eligible to be retired. According to UN policy, UN vehicles used primarily in urban areas are typically disposed of after seven years of use.
Interested UNHQ staff members across the Secretariat entities, Agencies, Funds and Programmes, as well as Permanent Missions, can bid on the two used UN vehicles by 11AM on Tuesday, 04 November 2025.
The vehicles will be staged on the service drive of the 3rd Basement Garage in the Conference Building. Bidders are required to inspect the vehicles in person or by virtual attendance before submitting their bid. Make sure to follow the Guidelines for Vehicle Inspection to schedule the inspection.
The vehicles can be viewed daily from 11AM to 1PM starting from Tuesday, 21 Oct until Friday, 24 Oct 2025.
