Judith Morrison is the Regional Director for South America and Caribbean at the Inter-American Foundation. She previously served as a senior associate at the Inter-American Dialogue and the Executive Director of the Inter-Agency Consultation on Race in Latin America. Ms. Morrison holds a Master's degree in economic development and regional planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
