Fernando Fernández-Arias has been Director of the Human Rights Office at the Spanish Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation since 2005. His Office is in charge of planning and executing Spain's human rights foreign policy, bilateral relations, United Nations and multilateral forums, and coordination with civil society organizations.
