Call for Submissions: “UN Staff at Work” – Photo Exhibition for the UN’s 80th Anniversary!
In celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the United Nations, the UNSRC Photographic Society invites all UN personnel across the system to submit their original photographs for a special online photo exhibition: “UN Staff at Work.”
This global exhibition will highlight the everyday contributions of UN staff—both at headquarters and in the field—and will be showcased at World Expo 2025 in Osaka, as well as through an online platform launching later this year.
We’re looking for compelling images that capture the spirit, dedication, and diversity of UN staff working in service of humanity around the world.
Deadline: Monday, 7 July 2025 at midnight (New York time)
Theme: UN Staff at Work
Top 80 photos will be selected by an international jury
Submission Guidelines:
- Up to 3 high-resolution JPEG images (min. 1600x1200 px, 300 dpi preferred)
- Captions (max. 1000 characters) including staff names, duty station, and entity
- Images must illustrate the theme: UN personnel at work
- Photos must not be AI-generated or previously published in commercial materials
