The side event will transmit valuable information to different Divisions of the United Nations, Member States, and stakeholders on Energy: through a web application providing data and analysis on international energy cooperation based on thousands of agreements between countries and organizations since Rio92; Security: via an interactive tool displaying over 80 thousand speeches delivered by UN Security Council members since 1992; Multilateralism: through an interactive corpus containing the approximately 18 thousand resolutions adopted by the UN General Assembly since its foundations and their citation trends.
A tour highlight was an invitation to visit the home of the first Secretary-General, Trygve Lie, in Forest Hills, one of New York City’s most exclusive and thoughtfully planned suburban enclaves.
