Case Studies

Case studies provide valuable inputs to the work of the Commission on Sustainable Development as examples of best practices as well as illustrating lessons learned submitted by Governments, Intergovernmental Organizations and Major Groups.

You are invited to search in the newly launched web-based Case Studies Database on any of the themes that were discussed at the CSD First Implementation Cycle (CSD-12/13: 2004-2005) or that are being discussed during the CSD Second Implementation Cycle (CSD-14/15: 2006-2007).

Countries and organizations are invited to share their experiences by submitting their case studies directly to the Division for Sustainable Development through the newly launched Database. In doing so, Focal Points are requested to first register with e-DESA portal.
