The Fourth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries was held from 9 -13 May 2011 in Istanbul , Turkey . T he conference venues were: the Lutfi   Kirdar Convention and exhibition center, the  Harbiye Military Museum and Cultural Center and the Hilton Convention Center and Exhibition Center.
