SUBMISSION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE DEPOSIT OBLIGATIONS PURSUANT TO THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON THE LAW OF THE SEA (UNCLOS)

 M.Z.N. 44. 2003. LOS of 7 May 2003: Deposit of the list of geographical coordinates of points defining the outer limits of the exclusive economic zone and the continental shelf of the Republic of Seychelles as specified in the Maritime Zones (Exclusive Economic Zone and Continental Shelf) Order, 2002 (S.I. 27 of 2002).

LOS of 31 March 2009: Deposit of the lists of geographical coordinates of points (i) a list of geographical coordinates of points identifying normal and archipelagic baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measured, as contained in schedules 1 and 2 of the Maritime Zones (Baselines) Order, 2008 (S.I. 88 of 2008); and (ii) a list of geographical coordinates of points defining the outer limits of the exclusive economic zone and continental shelf, as contained in the Maritime Zones (Exclusive Economic Zone and Continental Shelf) Order, 2008 (S.I. 89 of 2008).

 

 M.Z.N. 70. 2009. LOS of 8 June 2009 : Deposit of the lists of geographical coordinates of points: a list of geographical coordinates of points identifying normal and archipelagic baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measured, as contained in schedules 1 and 2 of the Maritime Zones (Baselines) Order, 2008 (S.I. 88 of 2008) as amended by Maritime Zones (Baselines) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009 (S.I.35 of 2009).

 

The lists of geographical coordinates of points contained in this deposit supersede the corresponding lists regarding normal and archipelagic baselines in a previous deposit made by Seychelles (see M.Z.N.68.2009.LOS above).
