The Secretary-General met with H.E. Ms. Ewa Kopacz, Prime Minister of Poland. They discussed the celebrations in Gdansk commemorating the 70th Anniversary of the end of World War II in Europe and exchanged views on UN-Polish cooperation, focusing particularly on issues of climate change and on the Sustainable Development Goals. They also discussed the continuing conflict in Ukraine and the imperative of swift and full implementation of the Minsk agreements.
