The Secretary-General met with the Ugandan Foreign Minister Sam Kutesa in Brussels today. They reviewed the situations in South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Somalia. The Secretary-General expressed his thanks to the Government of Uganda for providing a guard force for the UN presence in Mogadishu. He also reiterated his concern regarding the human rights of LGBT people in Uganda.
