The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the President of Uganda, on the sidelines of the London Conference on Somalia today.
 
The Secretary-General commended the commitment and courage of Ugandan soldiers serving in the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) and said he deeply lamented the losses Uganda has suffered.
 
The President and Secretary-General also discussed Darfur and relations between Sudan and South Sudan.
