The Secretary-General met today with H.E. Mr. Igor Luk?iæ, Prime Minister of Montenegro.

They discussed a range of issues, including regional developments in the Western Balkans, progress in the implementation of the “UN Delivering as One” in Montenegro, the effects of the global financial crisis on middle-income countries as well as climate change and sustainable development in light of preparations for Rio+20.
