Do you want to get involved in the discussion on the next universal agreement on climate change?

From the 26th to the 28th of November 2015, the 11th Conference of Youth (COY 11) will take place in France. Call for action is launched: take part in the Conference as a visitor or organize your workshop. Be an actor of this event and come prepare the post-2015!

The COY is THE gathering of young people occurring every year before the conference of Heads of State on climate (Conference of Parties/COP), organized for the first time in France. This year, the COP21 has a major goal: to achieve a legally binding and universal agreement on climate change.

During 3 days, almost 5000 young people are expected for an unprecedented mobilization, to build a real momentum, and strengthen the visibility of actions and the expertise of young people in favor of a more sustainable and desirable lifestyle.

Novice or expert, activist or not, everyone will find in the COY a space of exchanges, of discovery and involvement fitting their needs. The organization will make sure to facilitate young people’s mobilization and to encourage the share of experiences between participants, in a cheerful and optimistic atmosphere. Workshops will also promote existing solutions concerning environmental challenges.

The organization of the COY11 is coordinate by several youth associations with strong environmental engagement: Avenir Climatique, CliMates, Fédération du Scoutisme Français, REFEDD, the movement WARN! and YOUNGO.
