The UNFPA-led #showyourselfie campaign has now collected over 11,000 selfies to support the rights of young people. As the momentum surrounding the announcement of the Post-2015 Development Agenda builds, #showyourselfie will capture and demonstrate the growing support for young people, to make sure their rights and needs are not ignored.
Now underway is the first #showyourselfie mini-campaign on ending violence against women and girls. Each mini-campaign is designed to revitalise our campaign and keep it fresh and interesting. From now until 20 January 2015 UNFPA is asking people to take an UpsideDownfie to call on people to turn violence and harmful practices against women and girls on their head. And as ever, UNFPA asks you to #showyourselfie by sharing your picture with the campaign either on Twitter or Instagram using #showyourselfie, or by uploading it directly to www.showyourselfie.org.
