The United Nations provides these documents only as a convenience for reference purposes, and the inclusion of a document does not imply the endorsement of its content by the United Nations.<\/strong><\/p>\n The annual spring meeting of the international donor coordination group in support of the Palestinian economy, the Ad Hoc Liaison Committee (AHLC), will be held in Brussels on\u00a0Tuesday, 10 May 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The meeting will be hosted by High Representative\/Vice-President Josep Borrell and chaired by the Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs Anniken Huitfeldt.<\/p>\n The AHLC has served, since 1993, as a key policy-level coordination mechanism for financial assistance to the Palestinian people bringing together both parties, Israel and Palestine, and the donor community. Its main purpose is to support the vision of a negotiated two-state solution by contributing to the development of the Palestinian economy.<\/p>\n The AHLC meeting will take place from\u00a017:00 to 19:00 in the Berlaymont building\u00a0<\/strong>of the European Commission. Audiovisual coverage of the press statements and roundtable will be available on\u00a0EbS<\/a>.
