It affirms that the Israeli occupation Government is responsible for the lives of thousands of Palestinian prisoners.<\/p>\n<p>The General Secretariat called on all concerned international parties, especially the United Nations and the International Red Cross to pressure the Israeli occupation government in order to release all sick prisoners, the elderly, children, women and administrative detainees, ensure human rights protection for all Palestinian prisoners and end the continuing violations against them.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a non-United Nations document.
