Right of the Palestinian people to self-determination<\/strong><\/p>\n 27. In its resolution 73\/158<\/a>, the General Assembly reaffirmed the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination, including the right to their independent State of Palestine, and urged all States and the specialized agencies and organizations of the United Nations system to continue to support and assist the Palestinian people in the early realization of their right to self-determination. The Assembly also called for the realization of the Palestinian people’s human rights, including the right to self-determination, in its resolutions 73\/19<\/a>, 73\/96<\/a> and 73\/99<\/a>.<\/p>\n 28. In its resolution 73\/18<\/a>, the General Assembly, having considered the report of the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People (A\/73\/35<\/a>), requested the Committee, inter alia, to continue to exert all efforts to promote the realization of the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, including their right to self-determination. The Assembly invited all Governments and organizations to extend their cooperation and support to the Committee in the performance of its tasks, recalling its repeated call for all States and the specialized agencies and organizations of the United Nations system to continue to support and assist the Palestinian people in the early realization of their right to self-determination, including the right to their independent State of Palestine.<\/p>\n 29.
