Sub-Committee II of the Ad Hoc Committee on the Palestinain Question held its seventh meeting Informally at Flushing this morning, The Sub-Committee discussed the draft report prepared by its Working Group on the legality of the Mandate and the competence of the United Nations to implement any decision it may make regarding Palestine.<\/p><\/div>\n
